Fire opal and raw chrysocolla (Peruvian turquoise) macrame pendant, with little chrysocolla and lapis lazuli beads.
This pendant is completely handmade, with the highest quality of Brazilian waxed string. The cabochon cabochon of fire opal is from Magdalena municipality, in Jalisco state, in the western region of Mexico. Meanwhile, the natural piece of chrysocolla (Peruvian turquoise) is from the Umay district, located in the province of Pisco, in the southwestern region of Peru.
Fire Opal is considered a stone of magical powers, because of the interplay of colors and light. This crystal helps improve sight, protects from contagious diseases, and eases the pain that originates from grief and sorrow. Fire opal symbolizes magic, love, progress, hope, happiness and truth.
The chrysocolla, with the serenity of its turquoise-blue color discharges negative energies, calms, and allows truth and inner wisdom to surface and be heard. A peaceful stone, it emphasizes the power our words and actions have on those around us, and encourages compassion and strengthening of character.
