Simple purple spondylus (sea-shell) pendant, with a little tiger's eye bead. This pendant is completely handmade, and it is made with the highest quality of Brazilian wax string. The cabochon of Spondylus is from Atacames, located in Esmeraldas province, in the northeastern region of Ecuador.
This shell, called "Mullu" by the natives of the Andean region, had a high value in the Inca Empire. In fact, the Spondylus was considered the "red gold" of the Incas.
